Accommodations
There are lots of housing options in the NYC area. We recommend looking for hotels or Airbnbs in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Jersey City.
Here are some considerations that can help you decide where to stay:
- How long is my stay? Do I want to explore multiple neighborhoods in the NYC area while I’m there?
- How close is the hotel to the nearest public transportation?
- How close is the hotel to the airport I’m flying into?
HOTEL BLOCK
We have a 25 room hotel block at the Hampton Inn Downtown/Brooklyn! This hotel is just a 20 minute drive or subway ride to the venue, and it’s in a convenient location to transit into Manhattan.
The hotel block is for June 5 to June 7. Guests who want to arrive earlier or stay longer should contact the hotel directly at (718) 875-8800 to check availability.
The deadline to book a room within our block is May 6, 2027 at 5PM EST. You can use our group code “90D” or our custom booking link.
Our shuttle bus will transport guests to and from the venue at this location. Guests who are not staying at this hotel are welcome to ride in our shuttle bus.
Flights
There are 3 airports in the NYC area: John F Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport.
We recommend flying into JFK because it has many flight options, has direct public transit connection into the city, and is closest to the venue.
Transportation
NYC has a robust public transportation system that we encourage you to use! The subways and buses don’t require a special card for you to ride, you can simply use tap-to-pay.
We also don’t recommend you to rent a car—traffic can be very congested, and parking can be expensive and difficult to find. To drive around, you can call an Uber/Lyft or taxi.
